When to Choose Roller Shades as Window Treatments
When it comes to window treatments, there are so many options available that one can easily get lost and have troubles in choosing the best solution for her home, be it a house, a condo or an apartment. Roller shades are one of the best choices, because they are classic, yet contemporary, thus being very popular. They are easy to operate and rather inexpensive, compared with other types of blinds such as wooden or cellular ones.
Available in a wide range of color, Bali roller shades come in four variants of privacy and light control:
- sheer: very light, barely filtering anything, these roller shades are suitable for those who don’t care too much about avoiding sunrays.
- light filtering: a bit darker than the sheer ones, these roller shades offer a slight light filtering for those who don’t want to have the room full of sun
- room darkening: these roller shades are better for bedrooms, as they can offer you the chance to sleep better in the morning, or even in the full moon nights.
- blackout: good for bedrooms as well as for cinema projection rooms, these Bali blinds can make an excellent choice if you like to watch movies with your family during daytime.
Depending on the light filtering degree, the colors and shades may vary. For example, the blackout Bali roller shades are available in 11 choices of colors, from the Basics range which includes Caramel, White, Ivory, Midnight, Pink and Taupe, to the Elegance range, including Autumn, Copper, Moonlight and Pearl.
As a conclusion, you may choose Bali roller shades for every type of room. Beware though, if you have cats, they may fall in love with your shades and tear off the fabric.
